Please note that the Data Protection Officer may not respond directly to complaints/enquiries which have not first been submitted to Our Customer Support team; and
  • Should you not be satisfied with the response you receive from Our Data Protection Officer, you may elect to escalate your complaint/enquiry to the relevant regulatory authority.

  • We will aid the relevant regulatory authorities with their own investigations, Privacy Breach management plans and the handling and implementation of any findings and recommendations from any investigation into, or review of, a Privacy Breach;
  • We will aid and support any other regulatory authorities and, as appropriate, law enforcement agencies, with any investigations relating to a Privacy Breach; and
  • We will immediately implement any remedial measures identified as necessary to prevent further Privacy Breaches of a similar nature from occurring.

To mitigate the risks of, and reduce the risk of being impacted by, a Privacy Breach, We would urge you to do the following:

  • Select a password that is at least as strong as that mandated by our enforced security policies;
  • Never share your Website login credentials with any third party;
  • Never store your Website login credentials in physical form;
